ARE ALL OF YOUR FEATURED PRODUCTS MADE IN CANADA?
We make every effort to ensure that Country of Origin product claims are accurately represented as set forth by guidelines in provisions set out by The Competition Bureau of Canada. Some products featured that are “Made in Canada” or are a "Product of Canada" may contain imported materials.
Packaging Containers and/or packaging of some products may be produced and imported from a foreign country. Should you have any questions pertaining to Country of Origin, material content, location of manufacturing or assembly of a product or packaging, please Contact Us.
All prices quoted are in Canadian Funds. Payments can be made by Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard) or through your Pay Pal account. Credit card transactions are processed by PayPal. Your credit card will be charged with the full order amount as soon as the order is registered. PayPal will process the transaction and alert us when the payment has been approved. We will then ship your order. Your payment should appear on your credit card statement as being charged to "Canada The Store".

HOW ARE EXCHANGE RATES CALCULATED?
Our International currency exchange rates are determined twice daily by PayPal based on a wholesale interbank rate + 2.5% and are competitive with the conversion rates used by banks and other currency exchange institutions worldwide.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We charge a Flat Rate of CDN $10.00 on each order shipped to any of the 10 Canadian Provinces (Some exceptions may apply) and a Flat Rate of CDN $10.00 to the 48 Contiguous United States (Some exceptions may apply). A Flat Rate of CDN $25.00 is charged for orders shipped to the United Kingdom (Some exceptions may apply) and a Flat Rate of $42.00 to Western Europe (Some exceptions may apply). HOW DO INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES WORK?
Applicable duties, tariffs or value added taxes (VAT) vary by international destination. Your order may be subject to Duties and Import Taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped, as well as subject to other country-specific import rules and regulations. Any Duties and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders ship within 1 - 4 business days of the order being placed and paid for, and once shipped it may take 5 - 7 business days within North America for your package to arrive. Delivery of international orders may take 5 - 10 business days upon shipment, depending on destination and local import/export regulations. Please note that some items may be temporarily Out of Stock or back ordered. In such cases, you will be notified.
CAN YOU SHIP EVERY ITEM YOU SELL INTERNATIONALLY?
We can ship to almost any address in the world with the exception of Burma (Myanmar), Belarus, Cote d’Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Lebanon, Liberia, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Timor-Leste and Western Sahara.
DOES CANADA THE STORE SPECIALTY PRODUCTS GUARANTEE ITS PRODUCTS?
We strive to ensure the accuracy and representation of products. Displayed product colours may differ slightly from real-product colours depending upon manufacturers’ specifications and/or computer monitor settings. Product and Company Guarantees and Warranties vary, and Guarantees and Warranties may be subject to certain Terms and Conditions. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
Items may be returned to Canada The Store Specialty Products for a refund within 7 days of delivery provided that products are unopened and in the original packaging.
- Items returned in a used or an altered condition will not be accepted
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return Shipping costs must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries
- Returns will be credited to your original form of payment
- There are no refunds after 7 days of delivery of item(s) days
Any product that is deemed to be defective will be replaced at no additional charge. Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items unless they are defective.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY ORDER DAMAGED?
All products purchased from CanadaTheStore.com are transported and delivered by an independent carrier. If you receive an order that appears to have been damaged during transport, you must immediately, within two days of receipt Contact Us providing photos of the original shipping package and the damaged goods.
